You’ll be able to track your packages, view order history, and download your receipts - all in one place, at any time.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you're free to place an order without creating a login.
Can I leave delivery instructions for my tires/rims?
Not currently, no. Because speed is such an important part of our business we can’t accept delivery instructions for your chosen address. We are more than happy to ship your tires to an alternate location where delivery will be as simple as possible.
Can I pick up my tire/rims rather than have them shipped?
We don’t have any brick and mortar locations for you to pick up from but we’ll ship your tires to wherever you would like and most orders arrive within 3-5 business days.
How will my order be shipped?
Your products will be shipped with an independent carrier like FedEx or UPS. We’ll tires/rims and accessories an individual tracking number and label for easier tracking and to make sure your products get to you quickly! We have different suppliers for our products so you may get multiple tracking numbers depending on what you order sorry if this may be inconvenient.
Do you offer Tire or Rim installation?
No unfortunately we don't offer installation services we are sorry for the inconvenience.
What is your Rewards Program and Vault Notes?
We have a Rewards program where you can obtain Vault Notes aka voucher points with simple tasks such as liking our social media, money back on anything you buy, making an account, putting in your birthday to redeem coupons for your order when you make an account. Do you charge for shipping at all?
No we do not charge for shipping all orders have Free Shipping as we want to give our customers the most amount of value as possible.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the continental United States.
Why do I have multiple tracking numbers?
All of our products are not sourced from the same place so your products can't be shipped all together in one package so we have multiple tracking numbers depending on what you purchase please pay attention to your email for updates on tracking numbers for when your products arrive.
What is SHOP PAY?
Shop Pay is a way for our customers to pay for their orders in installments in case they are not able to afford paying for all of it at once we want all our customers to be satisfied so this is just another way to show how much we appreciate your support.
Where are all your products sourced?
All of our tires and rims are sourced and shipped from the USA but some of our accessories that run out of stock may be shipped from a warehouse outside the USA if the product is in high demand.

I want to return my tires and get a full refund
We will accept new tire returns within 60 days of purchase with no restocking fee.
All Tires must be returned in First Class condition meaning new, never mounted and free from all contaminants such as dust, paint, oil, or any item that is not related to the tire.
Tires may not be accepted after 60 days without approval and will require a restocking fee. Items purchased as discontinued or clearance will not be accepted for return.
Are the tires you sell new?
They are! We only sell new, unused tires and each one is shipped directly from the manufacturer then stored in a climate controlled facility.
What tire size fits my wheel?
Before purchasing your wheel/rim, it is best practice to ensure the tire you have on your vehicle is the same size. Check the information below to confirm that your tire is the same size as the rim.

Will my original lug nuts fit?
Yes, all of our product comes completely OEM compatible. This means the wheels we sell will be compatible with any of your original equipment. This includes but is not limited to hubcaps, center caps, lug nuts, wheel covers, and tires.
What is the difference between wheel and rim?
There is no technical difference between a wheel and a rim. They have the exact same meaning.
A lot of customers and people throughout the industry refer to our product as a wheel or as a rim so to avoid confusion we include both words in our titles. The wheel/rim is the steel or aluminum product that goes inside of your tire.Before purchasing your wheel/rim you will want to confirm the tire size is the same as your wheel size. See below for more information.

What comes with my wheel?
A nice, new, shiny wheel. And a beautiful box, of course. Each wheel comes individually boxed. If you order one wheel, you will receive one wheel inside one box. If you order two wheels, you will receive two wheels, each boxed individually (for a total of two boxes). Our warehouse workers are the best in the business. Your product will come nicely secured in an ultra-high-quality box. The best on the market, if we may say so ourselves. When you open your package, you can expect to find a nice thank you letter from us and the wheel itself.
We do not provide any center caps, lug nuts, wheel covers, TPMS sensors.
Will this rim fit my vehicle?
Before purchasing your wheel/rim, it is best practice to ensure the inches of the rim and what fit your vehicle.

Before sending the wheel back, we recommend you reach out to our support team. Due to the volume of shipments, we have our rates with the shipping companies are very competitive. Let our support staff supply you with a pre-paid return label, and we'll just deduct the difference from your order total.

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible.

All wheels provided for sale on this website are warrantied to the purchaser to be free of defects and in full functioning condition for one year from the original date of purchase. If you have a warranty claim, please proceed to the returns department by sending an email to support@carpartsvault.com

Liability of CarPartsVault is limited to replacement or full refund of the defective wheel. CarPartsVault is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect handling, installation, or modifications of any kind. CarPartsVault is not responsible for any labor charges or any other miscellaneous expense related to the installation or use of our wheels.

I want a refund for my accessory/accessories.
With our accessories we have a 100 percent money back guarantee for 3 months, any accessory you buy and are not satisfied with is eligible for a full refund no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with the product don't worry just email support@carpartsvault.com and we will refund you your money no questions asked and you can keep the item.
Do you have any tutorials on how to use these accessories?
No unfortunately at the moment we do not but luckily most of these can be found with instructional videos on youtube or our blog coming soon.
