Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you're free to place an order without creating a login.
How will my order be shipped?
Your products will be shipped with an independent carrier like FedEx or UPS. Accessories have an individual tracking number and label for easier tracking and to make sure your products get to you quickly! We have different suppliers for our products so you may get multiple tracking numbers depending on what you order sorry if this may be inconvenient.
What is your Rewards Program and Vault Notes?
We have a Rewards program where you can obtain Vault Notes aka voucher points with simple tasks such as liking our social media, money back on anything you buy, making an account, putting in your birthday to redeem coupons for your order when you make an account. Do you charge for shipping at all?
No we do not charge for shipping all orders have Free Shipping as we want to give our customers the most amount of value as possible.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the continental United States.
Why do I have multiple tracking numbers?
All of our products are not sourced from the same place so your products can't be shipped all together in one package but it can change so we might have multiple tracking numbers depending on what you purchase please pay attention to your email for updates on tracking numbers for when your products arrive.
What is SHOP PAY?
Shop Pay is a way for our customers to pay for their orders in installments in case they are not able to afford paying for all of it at once we want all our customers to be satisfied so this is just another way to show how much we appreciate your support.
Where are all your products sourced?
All of our tires and rims are sourced and shipped from the USA but some of our accessories that run out of stock may be shipped from a warehouse outside the USA if the product is in high demand.

I want a refund for my accessory/accessories.
With our accessories we have a 100 percent money back guarantee for 3 months, any accessory you buy and are not satisfied with is eligible for a full refund no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with the product don't worry just email support@carpartsvault.com and we will refund you your money no questions asked and you can keep the item.
Do you have any tutorials on how to use these accessories?
No unfortunately at the moment we do not but luckily most of these can be found with instructional videos on youtube or our blog coming soon.
